You can send your complaints in writing in accordance with the Rules of the Customer Services Department:
If you are not satisfied with the decision of the Institution’s Customer Services Department or where the complaint is still unresolved two months after its filing, you may contact either of the Financial Services Ombudsmen listed below. This presupposes that the complaint has first been addressed to the Institution’s Customer Services Department:
- Complaints Department of the Bank of Spain: Servicio de reclamaciones del Banco de España, calle Alcalá 50, 28014 Madrid.
- Investor Assistance Office of the Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission: Oficina de Atención al Inversor de la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores, calle Miguel Ángel 11, 28010 Madrid.
